PHIL HALL - ⭐⭐️⭐️️ THIRD DEGREE BLACK BELT #523 IN THE CHUCK NORRIS SYSTEM
Phil Hall’s martial arts journey began in 1979 when he first trained under the Chuck Norris System. As the system evolved—from the original Chuck Norris System to Chun Kuk Do in 1990 and back to its roots in 2015—Phil remained deeply committed to his training. Holding black belt number 523, he is one of the earliest and most dedicated black belts still active today.
Phil’s commitment to martial arts is intertwined with his dedication to education and service. A Navy veteran, Phil’s military experience instilled in him the values of discipline and perseverance, qualities that have defined his approach to teaching since he started in 1983. His teaching is further enriched by his strong educational background, which includes an Associate degree in Automotive Tech and Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development, and a Master’s degree in Education.
Throughout his long career, Phil has become one of the most respected 3rd-degree black belts to have trained under the Chuck Norris system. He views martial arts not just as a physical practice, but as a means of fostering personal growth and character development.
Outside of his martial arts practice, Phil is a devoted family man. He has been happily married to Delilah Vanessa Hall, a blue belt in the Chuck Norris System, since 2008. Together, they exemplify the values of strong family bonds and mutual respect.
As a veteran and lifelong learner, Phil believes deeply in the transformative power of martial arts. He is committed to helping his students set and achieve their goals, and continues to be a guiding force at Hall’s Martial Arts Academy.
